Ingredients:
You can take any greens of your choice, add vegetables of your choice other than mentioned below.
- 2 handful mixed greens (spinach, kale and lettuce)
- Few baby carrots
- 1 avocado
- 1-2 sliced radish
- Few broccoli florets
- ½ Beetroot
- ½ Cucumber
- ¼ Green apple
- Sliced red cabbage
- Few strawberries
- Few blueberries
- ½ pear cubed
Dressing:
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- For dressing mix all the ingredients mention above and whisk real good.
- Assemble the salad, toss in dressing and enjoy cold.
