Berry smoothie, delicious and easy to make by adding berries
of your choice. Berries are known to have high amount of antioxidants which are
important to boost your daily requirements. This smoothie is great post workout
treats.
Ingredients:
- 4-5 strawberries
- 4-5 blackberries
- ¼ cup blue berries
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ½ cup milk (2%)
- ¼ cup yogurt (low fat)
- ¼ cup water
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients into blender and puree until smooth.
- Serve chilled.
