Coriander and Mint Chutney




Coriander and mint chutney

Chutney flavored with mint and coriander is great for sandwich spreads. Also used in chaats, tikka, dhokla and in many more Indian accompaniment. Adding lemon juice prevents the discoloration and maintains its freshness.


Coriander and mint chutney recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chopped coriander leaves
  • ½ cup chopped mint leaves
  • ½ inch ginger
  • 2 green chilies
  • 1-2 tablespoon daliya
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste


Instructions:

  • Combine all the ingredients mention above in mixture.
  • Grind it to smooth paste by adding little water.
