Papdi Chaat

Papdi chaat, chaat made with puris. I still remember when I had papdi chaat in one of the restaurant. It was so tasty bursting out all the flavors of chutneys and spices. Typically it is made by using a bed of papdi topped with tomatoes, onions, vegetables of your choice and chutneys. You can even add boiled and cubed potatoes, sprouts and beans.  Tangy, sweet and spicy chutney elevate the flavors. It has to be served immediately or else papdi will get soggy and there will be crunch in it.
